Our History

Transport has always been in the blood of the Robinson Family, pictured right is one of the fleet from 1912 loaded to the hilt with coal in Christchurch, New Zealand.

The current generation ran a succesful container transport business in the USA with a total of 29 trucks operating for numerous years before moving back to New Zealand to be closer to family.

Coastline Transport was established in 2020 as Coastline Water Carriers with a dedicated tanker fleet mainly delivering potable water around the wider Auckland region.

In 2022, the shift was made to Coastline Transport and the container cartage division was started, accompanied by a MPI approved container storage yard to provide a full service for customers.

To date, Coastline’s tight knit team operate 24 hours and 7 days a week with a fleet of 19 trucks and trailers (and the big container handling forklift) with a desire to delivery the quality service to all customers.
